The "Logistics Ground Network" is an important infrastructure for the Company’s development, providing strong support for business development, efficiency improvement and innovative models. It is a significant area of long-term investment for the Company. The "Logistics Ground Network" consists of the "Social Ground Network" and the "Self-built Ground Network". The "Social Ground Network" is composed of ports, terminals, railway stations and third-party warehouses that have passed the Company's access and cooperation standards. The "Self-built Ground Network" includes five categories: self-managed third-party warehouses, factory warehouses, trader warehouses, internal warehouses and integrated trade-industrial warehouses.

Background of the Self-built "Ground Network" Development
In 2016, the bulk commodity industry as a whole was in a difficult period of overcapacity reduction, inventory reduction and restructuring. The risk coefficient faced by the Company's business showed an amplifying trend. Relying on third-party logistics warehousing, custody and supervision models was difficult to fundamentally resolve cargo safety risks. In addition, logistics service quality and efficiency were constrained by others, unable to meet the Company's requirement for providing integrated services and delivering systematic solutions across the entire industrial chain to customers.
Meanwhile, the Company urgently requires supporting offline logistics resources for the integrated development of the "Digital Sky Net" and "Logistics Ground Net". In this context, the Company incorporated ZSD Group Logistics Technology Co., Ltd. in December 2016, and in February 2024 incorporated ZSD Jialianchu (Zhejiang) Logistics Technology Co., Ltd., further strengthening the logistics business team building and continuously improving logistics functions.
In July 2025, to further advance the Company's "4+X" modular operations and align with its strategy of "globalization", its logistics segment was consolidated into the Logistics Business Division newly established. ZSD Group Logistics Technology Co., Ltd. was designated as the platform company under the management of Logistics Business Division, overseeing business divisions and subsidiaries including the Warehousing and Transportation Business Division, Overseas Logistics Business Division, ZSD Jialianchu (Zhejiang) Logistics Technology Co., Ltd., ZSD Xinglian Logistics Technology (Hebei) Co., Ltd., ZSD Jinnan (Shanxi) Industrial Integrated Service Co., Ltd. and Zhetuo Precision Manufacturing (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. It is fully committed to advancing the construction of "Logistics Ground Network", enhancing logistics support, security and service capabilities, striving to become a respected and trusted integrated logistics service provider and driving the Company's high-quality and sustainable development.
