The Mineral Resources Division takes charge of the company's mineral business. Based on the core competence of bulk commodity specialization, it deepens the development of "integration of domestic and foreign markets, integration of industry and trading, and integration of industry and finance", makes full use of international resources and markets for the construction of overseas mineral resources channels, and supports the development of downstream industries to improve the stability and security of the industrial chain and supply chain. It gathers talents in the industry and integrates key elements of the industry resources to gradually form the three main businesses of "trading, base and logistics." With the glorious mission of "prospecting for the country", it's firmly moving forward towards the goal of "global mineral resources company."

The Company's steel business is primarily managed by the Engineering Material Business Division and the Steel Business Division.

With "strengthening and expanding the business in the field of engineering materials with firm confidence; and pioneering, innovating and adapting to local conditions to expand new varieties, new industries, and new customer groups" as the guidance, it builds a whole industrial chain service system of engineering materials with core competitiveness, provides diversified integrated services for upstream and downstream customers in the field of engineering materials, and strives to become an industrial chain organizer and supply chain manager of engineering materials.

The Steel Business Division is engaged in domestic and foreign trade of steel commodities and consistently valuing construction and expansion of market network in China and abroad. By expanding resources in China and abroad through diversified means such as "resource development, logistics operation and industrial investment", the Company has established a stable and reliable brand image in the steel trade sector; has formed strategic partnerships with nearly a thousand renowned enterprises from China and abroad, including Baosteel, Ansteel and POSCO, and is committed to becoming a world-class integrated service provider for bulk commodities.

BEAMPLUS INTERNATIONAL was founded in 2015 as a joint venture in Singapore through the collaborative effort made by ZSD and Singapore-based William Company in advancing mixed-ownership reform, with registered capital of USD 10 million and ZSD as Controlling Shareholder. Through more than a decade of dedicated cultivation, with annual operating revenue breaking through CNY 40 billion and the team size expanded to over 150 members, BEAMPLUS INTERNATIONAL has been awarded the title of "Reform and Development Outstanding Contributor under '13th Five-Year Plan'" by CICO and granted honors from ZSD such as "Annual Outstanding Contribution Award", "Gold Diamond Award" and "Diamond Award" for times.
